THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation Upper Colorado Basin Region, Acquisition Management Division, Albuquerque Area Office issues this pre-solicitation notice of its intent to award a sole source purchase order to Sequoia Scientific, Inc., Bellevue, WA to provide maintenance and repair services for two LISST-ABS sensors.
