Schroeder Park Aquatic Center Pool Management Services

The City of Manchester hereby gives notice: Request for Bids for the “Aquatic Center Pool Management Services ” will be received by the Parks and Recreation Director, 359 Old Meramec Station Road, Manchester, MO 63021, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 21 ^st , 2025 . All Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened.

Two copies of the Bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Aquatic Center Pool Management Services”.

Documents may be obtained at the Manchester Parks and Recreation Office (Paul A. Schroeder Park), 359 Old Meramec Station Rd., Manchester, MO 63021, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or by downloading them from the city website: www.manchestermo.gov . The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities in bidding, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal, with or without negotiation.  The City reserves the right not to open a sole bid.
