Solicitation Summary
The Maryland State Board of Elections (SBE) is seeking a contractor to provide Managed Security Services/Managed Defense Services for its data center and endpoints. This service is to provide 24/7 threat monitoring, detection, alerting, and lightweight response services monitoring SBE IT assets.
24/7 threat monitoring, detection, alerting, and lightweight response for potential threats to SBE information assets to minimize risks, and allowing timely containment and response to potential threats.
P
eriod of Performance:
Contract term will be 1 year: January 1, 2026 – December 30, 2026
MSS services for SBE’s datacenter are to be operational no later than January 7, 2026.
Services for other SBE networks and endpoints will be transitioned no later than January 14, 2026.
SBE has an attachment that will be provided upon receipt of a non-disclosure agreement for the solicitation which is a description of the Agency's architecture. Please email your NDA (in the attachments tab) to Whitney.LeRoux@Maryland.gov.
