Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD) is requesting a proposal for construction of a concrete flume to upgrade the Crooked River Central Diversion to accommodate a stream gaging station. These services will upgrade the existing Crooked River Central Diversion with a concrete flume to enable gage measurement at the site - specifically, upgrades to the South ditch facilitate measurement of the diversion. Measurement equipment will be provided by OWRD. See RFP Section 2.3 for full project Details.
