KIB Solid Waste Collection Contract
Proposals will be received until 2:00pm (local time) on August 4, 2026, by the Kodiak Island
Borough (Borough) for solid waste collection for the Kodiak Island Borough and City Road
System.

sealed proposal package in the format requested. Proposals received after the time stated
above will be returned unopened.

The Borough reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals, to waive irregularities
or informalities in the proposals, to cancel the procurement at any time prior to contract signing,
and to give particular attention to the qualifications of the proposer. Proposals are subject to
the provisions in Section 11(J) below and the contents therein may be deemed a public record
and subject to disclosure.
