The Town of Shrewsbury, through its Town Administration, is seeking responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Municipal Facilities Optimization Project (DPW Addition and Town Hall Renovations).

Request for Qualifications can be obtained online at shrewsburyma.gov/bids . beginning Wednesday, December 11, 2024 and will be accepted until Thursday, January 2, 2025 by 1:00 PM.

The Town of Shrewsbury requests (3) hard copies and (1) electronic copy via portable drive, with the Project Name clearly marked on the exterior of the package. Responses should be submitted to:

Responses will be accepted at the Town of Shrewsbury Municipal Office Building as stated above, until January 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM and publicly opened forthwith for this Request for Qualifications which is made in accordance with M.G.L. c 149A.

Award date.  Notification of qualified firms will be made within thirty (30) calendar days after opening unless otherwise stated in the specifications or the time for award is extended by mutual consent of all parties. All responses submitted shall be valid for a minimum period of sixty (60) calendar days following the date established for acceptance.

If any changes are made to this RFQ, an addendum will be issued.  Addenda notifications will be posted to the Town’s website at the same location as the original RFQ posting. Each responder shall acknowledge receipt of any and all addendum issues in their Response.  Failure to do so may cause rejection of the submittal as being unresponsive.

Questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted via email before December 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Written responses will be posted on the Town's website in the form of Addenda, if necessary.  Responses may be modified, corrected, or withdrawn by the responder before Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
