Project Description: ACHD’s Air Quality Program has been mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to calculate the economic benefit of noncompliance as part of assessing civil penalties for major sources. ACHD seeks to contract with an expert in calculating economic benefit on cases regarding both major and minor stationary sources of air pollution, as well as asbestos, abrasive blasting, and open burning activities, which are regulated by ACHD.
