Training Services for Plan Review Staff - Re-Advertised

Richland County is seeking electronic qualifications to provide comprehensive training services for the Plan Review Staff. The training shall focus on effective usage of the Richland County Plan Review Checklist, stormwater calculations, and software applications, including Autodesk Storm Analysis and/or IDEAL. The intent is to enhance the skills and competencies of the staff involved in plan review processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. The estimated budget for this project is less than $15,000.

Richland County is located in the center of South Carolina and covers a total area of 756 square miles. The County surrounds the state capital city of Columbia, which is also the County seat. Established in 1785, the County has grown to become home to just over 400,000 residents, and represents a thriving business, industrial, governmental, and educational center. The County employs approximately 1765 people and operates a general fund budget in excess of $100 million dollars.
