CENTRAL REGION
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Proposals for Central Region Facilities 2025 Job Order Construction Contract, Project Number PF-JOCC-2025-CR, will be received before 4:00 p.m., May 6, 2025 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract is for performing maintenance, repair, and minor construction work related to Central Region facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for both design and construction work.
The anticipated period of performance is one year with up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room at the DOT&PF Annex Building at 2200 E. 42nd Ave, Anchorage, AK 99508. Please contact the Project Manager, David Hepler, at (907) 748-7016 or david.hepler@alaska.gov at least 48 hours prior to the conference.
Proposal documents and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your bid may not be accepted.
Proposal documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
