Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the County of Fairfax, Virginia is to solicit proposals from interested and qualified applicants to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the procurement of comprehensive case management, employment services and financial literacy for the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s (FCRHA) Moving to Work (MTW) Portfolio. Qualified respondents are encouraged to submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions listed in this RFP .
