Financial Software RFP

The City of Eureka is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for an integrated financial software solution to serve the current and projected needs of the City as outlined in the following Scope of Work section. The intent of the City is to replace SimpleCity, the existing financial software.

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 15, 2024, for consideration by U.S. Mail at P.O. Box 125, Eureka, MO, 63025, by package delivery service or in-person at 111 N. Virginia Avenue, Eureka, MO, 63025. A description of our organization, the services required, and the proposal requirements follow. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Financial Software RFP”, attention Barbara Flint, Finance Director. Bids must be signed by an authorized officer of the company.

The City has attempted to provide comprehensive information within the RFP. If additional information becomes available which the City believes could benefit the bidders, the City reserves the right to issue addendums to this RFP.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all of the bids, to waive technicalities, to award a bid that is most advantageous to and in the best interest of the City, and to make investigation concerning the experience and ability of the bidder to perform the work.
