Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance to the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Devices located at the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, as well as its surrounding facilities. All work shall be completed in accordance with the statement of work. This will be a firm fixed price contract, base year starting 02/07/25-02/06/26, with four (4) option year periods exercisable at the government s discretion. Simplified acquisition procedures of FAR parts 12 & 13 will be used to conduct this solicitation.
