C1DA-- Engineering Services MATOC IDIQ Presolicitation and Virtual Presolicitation Conference

This is a PRESOLICITATION notice for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20 for engineering services under NAICS 541330. This solicitation will cover requirements for the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20 facilities in the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. This notice includes a VIRTUAL PRESOLICITATION CONFERENCE OPPORTUNITY to inform industry of the VA s specific requirement and to assist industry in determining if they are interested in and capable of performing the needed requirements as well as provide industry an overview of VISN 20 planned projects. The one- hour meeting will consist of presentation by NCO 20 and then an opportunity for Q&A. Additional questions may be submitted to the points of contact listed below within 7 calendar days following the meeting. The solicitation will be set aside for SDVOSBs. Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. When the issue date has been established, an updated notice will be published on SAM.gov. The solicitation will be released to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov to request SF330s. The solicitation is anticipated to be released approximately December 2024- January 2025. The current anticipated solicitation identifier is 36C26025Q0001. The anticipation is that the solicitation will result in the award of Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs) with a shared capacity of $65,000,000.00. Firm-Fixed-Price Task Orders will be competed against the MATOC for various projects to support facilities in VISN 20 over a period of a one-year base period, a four one-year option periods (if exercised by the Government). The virtual presolicitation conference will be held at 0900 Pacific on 13 November 2024. The conference will start promptly at 0900, and attendees will be admitted no earlier than 0855 from the lobby. Information in the presolicitation conference will not be provided on SAM.gov and is not anticipated to provide through any other means at this time. Firms must respond to this announcement to the POCs below and they will be provided further details and the call-in information for the virtual meeting which will be held via Microsoft Teams.
