1. Overview:
This is a solicitation for the requirement, “Information Systems and Network Support.”
The United States Capitol Police (USCP) invites potential Offerors to participate in a mandatory pre-proposal site visit. Vendors may request access to the Request for Proposal by following the instructions below.
-----
2. MANDATORY Pre-proposal Site Visit – Offerors must attend the site visit scheduled for June 11, 2025 at 8:00 am EST. No additional site visits will be arranged. Proposals from Offerors who did not attend will not be considered. Please review the RFP for details on registering for the site visit.
Location: Washington, D.C. near US Capitol Complex
NOTE: The offers due date listed on SAM.gov reflects the date of the mandatory site visit, not the proposal due date. This is intentional to prevent confusion after the site visit has occurred. This solicitation announcement on SAM.gov will be inactive after the site visit to avoid inquiries from vendors who did not attend and are therefore ineligible to compete.
