Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) requires the procurement of Appian software licenses to support the Technical Data Management (TDM)-CATALYST and Logistics Data Services (LDS) programs. These programs utilize Appian, a modern business process automation (BPA) and low-code application development platform, to transform legacy logistics data, processes, and applications into a more efficient and reliable system.
The required licenses include Appian production, test, training, development, and capacity upgrade licenses, which are essential for enabling user engagement, logistics data analytics, and enterprise dashboard publication. These licenses also support agile software development methodologies for operations and maintenance. The Appian platform is hosted in the Marine Corps Business Operations Support Services (MCBOSS) private cloud within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud environment.
This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside under the NASA SEWP Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Adequate competition is anticipated among Appian’s authorized resellers, ensuring fair and reasonable pricing.
