Q2. What is the set-aside for this solicitation?
A2. The Solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under NAICS 336999. Only submissions provided by certified SDVOSBs will be considered.

Q3. How many four passenger golf carts are part of this solicitation.

A16. We are requesting atleast 6-8 hours of operational time before requiring the cart to be recharged.

Q17. Are white with tan seats the only color combination the VA will accept for all 10 golf carts?
A17. No we are open to other color combinations.

Q18. Section B.4 identifies the requested vehicles as 4 Passenger Golf Cart (2026) and lists required factory-installed safety features including front LED headlights, rear LED tail/brake lights, front and rear turn signals, side and rear mirrors, and horn. The Functional and Performance Characteristics further state that the vehicles shall meet all federal and state safety standards for low-speed vehicles.
Please clarify whether the VA intends for the ten (10) golf carts to be classified as Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) requiring title and DMV registration, or whether a non-LSV golf cart with a maximum speed of 19 MPH that meets the specifically listed safety features in Section B.4 is acceptable.

Q20. 800 lb requirement The information provided states not to exceed 800 pounds. Does that refer to the curb weight of the cart itself or the passenger/load capacity?

Q25. The notice does not state a quantity. Can you tell me the number of carts the solicitation will cover, and the required delivery date?

Q26. Would a black solar canopy that is finished white with manufacturer approval satisfy the requirement for a White Canopy Top, provided the solar cells remain unobstructed and the finish does not affect solar-charging performance, safety, or the manufacturer s warranty?

Q28. For the 4 passenger carts, do they all need to be forward facing or can two be forward and the other two be on the back of the cart outward facing?
