NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:
Whatcom County Courthouse – Block 2 Envelope Repairs with Bid Alternates
UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, March 24, 2026
At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (virtual via Zoom) and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to watch the live bid opening via Zoom, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.
Whatcom County AS-Facilities Management requests bids for the Whatcom County Courthouse – Block 2 Envelope Repairs with Bid Alternates project, located in Bellingham, Washington. This project includes EIFS repair and refinishing, flashing replacements, sealant replacements, reroofing, mechanical unit replacement, and other work, as further described in the bid documents.
