The 502nd Contracting Squadron (502 CONS/PKBA) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire furniture for a new flex learning space for the 342nd Training Squadron (342 TRS) located at Building 850 (Room #205) at 2510 Fifth Street, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433 The requirement is for the procurement and delivery of modern, flexible furniture to create a collaborative and adaptable training environment. All items must meet the specific physical and functional characteristics (salient characteristics) outlined in the attached "Salient Characteristics" document.
The requirement consists of the following items:
Award Method: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror's quote must meet all salient characteristics for each item. Delivery Location: Building 850 (Room #205) at 2510 Fifth Street, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433 Delivery Timeframe: All items must be delivered within 90 days after receipt of order (ARO). Compliance: All items must be TAA compliant as specified in the salient characteristics. Vendors must provide a quote for all line items to be considered for award. Please review all attachments for complete details on the required specifications.
