Project Description: The Anahola Kuleana Homestead Site Improvements project consists of 92 Subsistence Agricultural Lots, 2 Community Use Areas, onsite roadway improvements, with the remaining lands reserved for Conservation. Site and infrastructure improvements will include paved and compacted gravel roads constructed to County standards for agricultural zoning, compacted gravel flag lot driveways, limited lot grading, and drainage features such as swales and culverts. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project.
