The City of Warner Robins (hereinafter "City") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the Landscape Maintenance of Engage Warner Robins Properties located throughout the City to be placed on an Annual Contract. The initial contract term will be
July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; with four (4) one (1) year options to renew.
To be considered a responsive bidder, bidders must review and submit a signed copy of all Bid Attachments.
Bidders must read, understand, agree, sign and submit the Specifications and Conditions (see Bid Attachment #4)
Bidders are required to visit each site prior to bid submission.
In the event the City decides to sell one or more of the listed properties during any of the contract terms or extensions, the City will provide the contractor with a 30-day notification and proof of sales agreement. Once the property is sold, the City will no longer be responsible for the landscape maintenance of that property nor payment for it.
In the event the City or its subcontractors begin construction on any of the properties listed in Bid Attachment #4 Specifications and Conditions, in which a portion of the property will no longer be required to be maintained, the City reserves the right to request a reduction in cost for the landscape maintenance of that parcel.
The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence and maintain in full force and effect for the duration of this Contract and any extensions to the City of Warner Robins that they and any sub-contractors carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with the State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:

The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
