Citywide Comprehensive Weighing Systems Maintenance and Calibration Services

Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is soliciting Proposals to establish a 3 Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement with two, one-year renewal option for mechanical, hydrostatic, and electronic weighing systems and related services to be utilized by the Sanitation Services Department, Dallas Police Department, Dallas Water Utilities Department, and the Dallas Animal Services Department, and the purchase of scales and related services for use at weigh stations across the City of Dallas. An ID/IQ contract is established when quantities and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services and goods will be ordered on an as-needed basis during the term of this contract.
