Vehicle Decals and Markings

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management (BSFMD) is seeking to establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of vehicle decals, markings, and vinyl lettering for City-owned vehicles and equipment. This solicitation is for materials only and does not include installation services.

The contract term is five (5) years, subject to City approval. The contract will provide a consistent and reliable source for exterior-grade vinyl decals and markings required for identification and departmental branding across the City's municipal fleet.

The City maintains approximately 1,200 vehicles and equipment units. Decals and markings are required on an ongoing basis for new vehicle upfits, fleet replacements, reassignments, and regulatory updates. Establishing a long-term contract will ensure pricing stability, standardized materials, and timely fulfillment of department needs.
