The intention of the RFP is to award to a Proponent who submits a proposal which, in the sole opinion of UCalgary represents the best overall functionality and value. UCalgary is seeking proposals for the design, implementation, and support of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) System. The IGA solution will improve how we create, manage, and remove access for all users. The solution should automate the identity lifecycle processes, reduce manual workload, increase data accuracy, and improve security. There is a need for improved onboarding processing times, consistent access for similar user types, better visibility into who has access to what, and simpler workflows for both users and administrators. The solution must support compliance, reduce risk, and provide a strong foundation for future identity and access capabilities.
