Town of Strasburg -448 Borden Mowery Drive, Strasburg, VA

The Town of Strasburg is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a security fence at the Public Works Facility located at 448 Borden Mowery Drive, Strasburg, Virginia. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install approximately 8-foot chain link fencing with gates, including a motorized sliding gate system and associated electrical components. The successful bidder will be responsible for completing all work in accordance with the project manual, drawings, and specifications, including obtaining required permits and coordinating with Town staff. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on June 1, 2026, and may be submitted electronically through eVA or delivered to Strasburg Town Hall, 174 East King Street, Strasburg, Virginia. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the best interest of the Town. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on May 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Public Works Facility.
