1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category: Trenchless Installation, Replacement & Rehabilitation (C7200101)

2. Description: Trenchless pipe installation, landscaping, erosion control measures & other improvements at downstream of Pond D dam.
