Military Sealift Command Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice Information

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


2. Solicitation number is N3220526Q7258 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

Pricing Arrangement: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) $

1. The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the aforementioned services. It is expected that award will be made by no later than 30 September 2026.


2. The TENATIVE VESSEL ATTENDANCE Period of Performance is 18 OCTOBER 2026 to 23 OCTOBER 2026 and performance location GUAM 7th Fleet. The period of performance for the award is 9/30/26 to 11/1/2026.


3. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Services (Class Deviation RFO-2025-12) applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. SEE SOLICITATION N3220526Q7258 attached.
