The Thompson Hall Improvement project includes bathroom renovations and the addition of additional bedrooms. Additional scope includes the renovation of the community lounge/kitchen, the renovation of existing single rooms with private bathrooms, the conversion of an apartment into an emergency-use bedroom, the renovation of the building's laundry area, and upgrades to staff spaces.
Attendees should park in the surrounding decks or in permitted parking areas, as applicable. Attendees should meet in the parking lot adjacent to Thompson and Jordan Hall 10 minutes prior to sign-in.
Prequalification forms are available in the frontend specifications.
Bid documents are expected to be released on Monday, August 31st, for public bid via Building Connected. Interested bidders can access the link through the Poole Anderson website at https://www.pooleanderson.com/subcontractors/ .
