Thank you for your interest in proposing on the KING COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM - REIMAGINING SPACES AT KENT LIBRARY. The Work consists of a full interior renovation of the existing approximately 22,600-square-foot Kent Library located at 212 2 nd Ave N, Kent, WA 98032. The facility will be closed to the public and unoccupied during construction. The Work is governed by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services required to complete the Project.
