Health and Welfare Employee Benefits Insurance Plans (Medical/RX,& Dental)

Project Description: The City of Corinth (City) is requesting proposals for a licensed health insurance provider for the City’s employee benefits plans/programs. The successful Respondent shall furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, permits, insurance, and licenses as necessary to provide goods/services in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms and conditions set forth in this RFP.
The City will choose the combination of insurance plans it determines to be in its best interest, which may mean that a number of contracts could be awarded. The City reserves the right to award several contracts which may result in a Respondent receiving a contract for only one (1) coverage, even if the Respondent submitted a proposal for several coverages.
