*Pre-Qualification Required
The Work generally comprises of:
The replacement of the water and sanitary sewer mains, including service connections, and related appurtenances followed by complete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and lane/driveway apron replacements, complete asphalt concrete pavement removal, excavation to design subgrade, cement stabilization of the subgrade, supply and placement of granular base course and hot mix asphalt concrete pavement, and boulevard leveling and landscaping.
The 2025 Water and Sewer Replacement Program will be along the following segments:
51 Street between 57 Avenue and 58 Avenue
58 Avenue between 50 Street and 51 Street
