UNR - Install New Boilers at Lake Tahoe Prim Library

Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be posted online shortly thereafter and available to the public for viewing. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there.

Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Replace the two existing 1.5 MBH boilers.

Estimated Cost Range: $50,000 to $150,000

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation will be required. An Installation Floater will be required if the award amount is less than $100,000. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "May 28, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "August 28, 2026."
