Bicycle Pump Track
Sealed proposals for RFSB No. 226036 Bicycle Pump Track for the Department of
Parks and Recreation, as specified below, in the attached General Specifications, Work
Specifications, and Proposal will be received by the Development Services Department,
City Center, 16 Cony Street, Augusta, Maine 04330 until 10:00 am on Thursday, May
21, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be no pre-bid
meeting for this project.
Proposals shall be submitted on the attached form in sealed envelopes, plainly marked
RFSB No. 226036 Bicycle Pump Track prior to the date and hour specified for RFSB
opening and shall be addressed to the purchasing agent at the above address. No RFSB
will be accepted after the previously stated time and date. Telephone, email, or facsimile
RFSB’S will not be accepted. Prices quoted shall be valid for sixty days following the RFSB
opening.

work for this request can be directed to Earl Kingsbury, Director of Community Services at

The City of Augusta reserves the right to waive all informalities in RFSB’s, to accept any
RFSB, or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all RFSB’s should it be deemed in its best
interest to do so. Except as otherwise required by law or as specifically provided to the
contrary herein, the award of this RFSB shall be governed by the City's purchasing
ordinance.
The City encourages women and minority-owned businesses to submit proposals.
The City of Augusta reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFSB’S or any
portion thereof, or waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the
City.
