This is notice of the Agency's intent to award a contract. Listed below are the proposals received with the offeror
indicated whose proposal was determined to be the most advantageous to the Agency after taking into consideration
price and the evaluation factors set out in the RFP. An offeror who wishes to protest this Notice of Intent must file the
protest within ten (10) calendar days following the date this notice is issued. If the ten day falls on a weekend or
holiday, the last day of the protest period is the first working day following the tenth day. The offeror identified whose
proposal was selected is instructed not to proceed until a contract or other form of notice is given by the Agency. A
company or other person who proceeds prior to receiving a contract or other form of notice from the Agency does so
without a contract and at the person's own risk.
