Wenatchee Cemetery Expansion
Project No. PK2023S1
The purpose of this request is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to construct the Wenatchee Cemetery Expansion Project within the City of Wenatchee. The intent of the project is for the complete construction of access improvements necessary for the use of the site, including restoration to existing or better conditions.
Introduction
The City of Wenatchee is seeking a Contractor to construct cement concrete sidewalks, driveway approaches, concrete curb, and driveway. The work includes earthwork, utilities, reinforced and unreinforced concrete, paving, striping, signage, and restoration, etc.
This project will be completed according to small public works project guidelines, with solicitation from a minimum of five (5) contractors listed on the MRSC Small Works Roster. Award of this contract will go to the lowest responsible bidder. Hard copies of the plans will be provided by Pacific Engineering upon request of the contractor as follows: 2 full-size (24” x 36”) and 2 half-size (11” x 17”). Additional copies may be provided at the Contractor’s expense.
The work on this project is to be performed on public land, therefore the Department of Revenue Rule 170 shall apply to this contract. The Contractor shall collect from the Contracting Agency retail sales tax on the full Contract Price.

10:00 a.m. on March 9, 2026
. Digital submittals shall be Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that digital submittals have been received. Bounced emails or other delivery failures will not justify a late submittal. Any quotation received after the specified date and time will automatically be rejected and will not receive any further consideration by the city. This is a Small Works Roster Project, and therefore a public bid opening will not be conducted.
