A mandatory pre-bid job walk is scheduled to be held on February 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in front of the Water Quality Control Plant building, at 600 W. Los Angeles Ave, Simi Valley, California 93065. Please allow at least one (1) hour for the pre-bid job-walk. Questions and/or concerns will be addressed at this pre-bid job-walk meeting.
