Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) is seeking proposals from qualified artists to provide up to 24 original unframed 2D artworks (painting, photography, mixed media) for installation throughout the new MCPHL. The goal is to celebrate community identity, support wellness, and promote public health awareness.

There will be a virtual informational session for this RFP on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025, at 10 a.m. ET.

Schedule of Events:

• RFP Issue: Oct. 3, 2025
• Deadline for Questions: Oct. 22, 2025
• Final Submission Deadline: Dec. 11, 2025, by 3 p.m. ET
• Review by Selection Committee: Jan. 6, 2026
• Notification to Selected Artists: Feb. 18, 2026
• Final Installation Date: Late Summer 2026

Responses to the RFP must be submitted electronically through the SAP Ariba System. All responses will be received by the Purchasing Department no later than 3 p.m. ET on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline.
