Mental Health Service Providers

Pulaski County is seeking the Interest and Qualifications for the following services. Your submissions will be kept on file for the year 2025 and accessed as needed. New submissions are required each year.

Pulaski County Government, requests statements of qualifications for Professional Mental Health Service Providers, including accredited providers and those who are licensed by the State of Arkansas to perform and provide the assessment, diagnosis, treatment or counseling to include private, public, inpatient, or outpatient settings for individuals referred by the offices, departments, and operations of Pulaski County, such as the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility, and offices, departments and operations to whom Pulaski County provides services, such as the various courts operating in Pulaski County. Your submission should also include, but is not limited to, resume that includes mental health experience and references.
