Generators Inspections and Repair Services

The City of Pompano Beach, Florida, is requesting quotes from vendors to provide generator inspections and repair services for the City of Pompano Beach (“City”). The Vendor shall maintain and service the System, consisting of the equipment listed in the ITQ, in accordance with the schedule of Services described in. The Vendor shall provide scheduled preventive maintenance, with the schedule to be based on the specific needs of the Equipment as determined by Vendor. In addition, the Vendor may provide other remedial maintenance and/or testing at the City’s request, as and when needed. Service maintenance and/or testing may include, without limitation, lubrication, adjustments, testing, and replacement of parts and components deemed necessary by the Vendor.

Quotes will be received by 2:00 p.m. (local) on February 26, 2025, and must be submitted electronically through the eBid System on or before the due date/time stated above. Any quote received after the due date and time specified will not be considered.
The award will be based on the Total Quote Price.
Bidders must be registered on the City’s eBid System to view the bid documents and respond to this solicitation. The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the responder receives from any source other than the eBid System. The responder is solely responsible for downloading all required documents.
