Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids for:

Bicentennial Park Improvements Adult Softball Fields 1 – 3

Will be received by Campbell County Public Works, at the Parks & Recreation Shop located at 300 West Warlow Drive, Gillette, Wyoming 82716  until 1 pm on the 11th day of August, 2025 and then opened and publicly read aloud.  Bids are to be hand delivered beginning 30 minutes prior to the bid opening.

A MANDATORY pre bid meeting is scheduled for 1pm Monday July 28, 2025 at the project site at 300 West Warlow Drive, Gillette, Wyoming.  Prime bidders are required to attend and participate in the pre-bid meeting.
