Scope of Services

The proposing Janitorial Company, for and in consideration of the payment to be made to it, hereby agrees to: 1) furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required for the work described below, 2) be willing to enter into an Agreement with the Agency, a sample of which is included in APPENDIX D, 3) agree that the Proposal submitted by the Janitorial Company, the terms, conditions, and scope of services included in the Request For Proposal, being incorporated as a part of that Agreement by reference, to the same extent as if they were fully set forth therein. The Company selected will provide an ongoing comprehensive maintenance program for the custodial needs at each property based on the included schedule. These activities are intended to extend the life of the building and its contents and assure a clean and healthy environment for NCPA employees. The program's services shall apply to the properties listed in APPENDICES A & B.
