Providence Park - Streets, Drainage & Utility Improvements Phase 2

Separate sealed bids for the construction of Providence Park Affordable Housing Project, Streets, Drainage & Utility Improvements Phase 2 , Bid # 25-A-002 , will be received by Pulaski County, Arkansas at the Pulaski County Purchasing Department, 201 S. Broadway, Suite 440, Little Rock, AR 72201 until 2:00 P.M. Central Time on Thursday, August 7 ^th , 2025 , at which time and place all sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project consists of: streets; grading; sidewalks; storm drainage; sanitary sewer; water line; electric; erosion control; and other improvements indicated in the plans and specifications for the development of approximately 12 acres.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 30 ^th , 2025 , at the Pulaski County Administration Building, 201 S Broadway, Ste 400, Little Rock, AR 72201 .

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Business Relations Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certificate of Owner’s Attorney, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations:

Bids submitted using SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS obtained from any other source than the ones listed below will be subject to rejection. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Thomas Engineering Company, 3810 Lookout Road, North Little Rock, AR 72116 upon payment of $ 50.00 , made payable to Pulaski County Government, for each set (plus postage and handling, if mailed), none of which will be refunded.
