This Master Agreement is intended to serve as a long-term rental service for Material Handling Equipment for use by the Court’s Business Operations department throughout the agreement term. This will enable the Court to engage highly qualified Professional Material Handling companies who can offer recommendations and provide input on the latest industry standards related to Material Handling Equipment Services. The Court is committed to leading the way toward becoming a modernized institution.
