Enhancement and Support Services, Data and Analytics Platform

DC requires a Contractor to support, enhance, and optimize the capabilities of its Data and Analytics Environment. We aim to not only continue leveraging our current system but also to innovate our products and methodologies. With a multi-year data strategy in place, DC envisions creating a unified and actionable view of tourism insights. The Contractor will collaborate with DC, its agencies, other service providers, and tourism partners to drive key initiatives that align with our long-term strategic goals.

The Contractor will be an open-minded partner with excellent agile project management skills that has experience in collaborating with several other external agencies as well as multiple internal stakeholders, following a multi-tiered client process.

The Contractor will provide experienced specialists to collaborate on maintaining and enhancing DC's Data and Analytics Environment, ensuring the integration of advanced digital capabilities and emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI. These enhancements will enrich and improve the AI-driven features of DC’s products and research, further advancing its research capabilities. The Contractor’s team must be able to look beyond the minimum requirements for a deliverable and challenge and consult with us on the best way forward for everything we do on our Data and Analytics Environment. The Contractor will be an innovative partner that can help DC with determining directions and solution in close collaboration with DC’s agencies, vendors and stakeholders.
