| Description: | The project is located in the South Lake Tahoe, CA. The Work to be done is shown in Exhibits A and B and generally consists of, but is not limited to: The removal of existing concrete pad, dispensing system and underground tanks. Installation of two (2) new aboveground UL-2085 Fireguard tanks and dispensing system in accordance with all permitting requirements. Pour new concrete pad to match existing infrastructure and installation of eight (8) reinforced steel surrounded by 4” bollards. Other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the Contract Documents must be performed, constructed, or installed. All work listed in Schedule A related to the installation of the new above ground tanks and dispensing system shall be completed prior to October 1, 2026. All work listed in Schedule B related to the removal of the existing system ideally would be completed prior to October 1, 2026, however it shall be completed no later than June 30, 2027 should weather conditions or time not allow for removal in calendar year 2026. |
