The City of Merced is seeking submittals from prospective lessees interested in leasing approximately 78.84 acres of City-owned land. The property is located at the Merced Yosemite Regional Airport flight line. The selected respondent will negotiate terms of a ground lease for five (5) Years with the potential for two (2) one-year options to extend the term of the lease.
