PUBLIC NOTICE
Request for Qualifications: Developer Partner Services
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville (FHA) is seeking qualifications from experienced development firms and/or consultants to direct the development/redevelopment/revitalization of affordable housing in FHA’s portfolio.
The RFQ document will be available at https://fayettevilleha.org/bids or upon request by contacting Griselda Jaimes, Procurement Coordinator via email at griselda@fayettevilleha.org .
Questions concerning the RFQ may be addressed to Griselda Jaimes, Procurement Coordinator via e-mail at griselda@fayettevilleha.org .
Proposals must be emailed to griselda@fayettevilleha.org and will be accepted until Monday, September 21st at 4 PM CST. Incomplete or non-compliant proposals will not be considered.
The Agency reserves the right to award contracts to multiple offerors, to reject any or all bids, to waive for all applicants any information in the specifications or bidding process or to cancel in whole or in part this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the Agency to do so.
