Public Notice for RFQ for Architectural Services
Publish Dates: Sunday, August 23, 2026, and Sunday, August 30, 2026
The City of Keo, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring the services of qualified architect firms to provide design services for several projects to enhance quality of life in Keo. Funding is readily available but may wish for services to obtain additional grant funding.
Projects may vary from renovating historical properties, constructing new public facilities.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with municipal procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondents obtaining the highest total scores in the evaluation process.
