ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for IMPROVEMENTS TO LOW WATER BRIDGE ON DOUBLE BRIDGE LOOP, Stone County, Arkansas, will be received by Stone County, at the County Judge’s Office, Stone County Courthouse, 107 W. Main, Suite C, Mountain View, Arkansas, 72560 until 11:00 o’clock A.M., on September 9, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The Instructions for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Form of Bid Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:
Miller Newell Engineers, 510 Third Street, Newport, AR
Copies of the Contract Documents shall be obtained at the office of Miller Newell Engineers, 510 Third Street, Newport, AR 72112, upon the payment of $25.00 for each set. There shall be no refund of deposit.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
