Quotes will be evaluated according to responsiveness to specifications, responsibility and best price. Quotes will be received at the Town Administrator’s Office, 37 Main Street, Charlton, MA 01507, until January 23, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. Quotes received after that time will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding procedure, to cancel this Request for Quotes, or to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The bid chosen by the Town will be reviewed by the Town Administrator for final approval. The Town Administrator has the right to reject the bid in the best interest of the Town of Charlton.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids when it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town will award the contract within 30 days of the bid opening.

Bidders are advised that the Town of Charlton is exempt from payment of the Massachusetts Sales Tax. Therefore, bidders shall make no allowance for said sales tax in the price bids.

Bidders are subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage requirements.
