THE CITY OF BRINKLEY is seeking bids for construction of a “pavilion” in Memorial Park. Building specifications are available from the Mayor’s Office (870)734-1382. Only licensed and insured contractors will be considered. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on September 15, 2026. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and brought, or mailed, to the Mayor’s Office, 233 West Cedar Street, Brinkley, AR 72021. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
Paid for by the cemetery fund.
